Social media platforms are the best way to promote this channel because Start by -deciding on the goals for the campaign and focus on making them come true-promote the NGO to its publics.

Define the buyer persona by channel as an NGO this is the public that the NGO is trying to get. Defining who I am talking to as channel then the audience help using Facebook, you have a different audience than twitter and instagram-decide on messages that best suite people from different channels rather than sending one message the same way in all the mediums.
Identify the channel managers-it depends with the team the  NGO has, have different people focusing on different channels.-appoint managers to perform duties in specific channels so that each person can perform in filed.
Create a plan for collecting leads-regardless of whether the plan collects leads, but be reared receive them-create space for leads, how the visitor will be converted to the lead, then converted to donor ,or receiver donations
Launch ,measure, and interact the program-put  the program into work –while the program continues, sequent measure in each week ,month, and quarter are tracked as evaluation to see the success of the program and whether it reaches its goals
